Development Manager — SAP MDG
- Owns MDG product delivery (MDG EAM + MDG RFM) and an Excel-based mass upload add-on (uXLoader), including roadmap, execution, and customer outcomes.
- Leads development teams and a support engineering team across multiple global offices; hired and scaled teams (including ~25 hires in India) and managed delivery across time zones.
- Runs biweekly sprint execution for both SOLEX product teams and Prometheus-owned products, improving cadence, transparency, and delivery predictability.
- Handles SAP Resolve support tickets alongside internal Jira-based support processes; drives root-cause fixes into product releases.
- Deep familiarity with SAP development/release cycles and PQ cycles during HANA releases; ensures release readiness, regression coverage, and customer-safe deployments.
- Published 200+ SAP Notes through partner access (C-user process), improving product stability and customer confidence.
- Owns and executes enterprise master data coverage for EAM objects including functional locations, equipment, maintenance plans, task lists, BOMs, measuring points, and work centers.
